The Point

Design build project seven miles of I-15 widening, aux lanes and reconstruction beginning at Timpanogos Highway (SR-92) in Alpine Utah and ending at 12300 South Interchange in Draper Utah.

Featuring full depth PCCP paving and modification to ramps at 2100 North, SR-92, 14600 South, Bangerter Highway, 12300 South and two new bridges at 14600 South and 14600 South cross street, relocation of Minuteman Drive, reconstruction of East Jordan Canal box culvert and noise wall at I-15 Bangerter ramp.

To meet the Utah Department of Transportation’s aggressive schedule timeline, accelerated design and construction techniques, partial-depth deck panels, reliable suppliers, high quality subcontractors and innovative traffic control movements were utilized throughout the construction. WBC met the Department’s schedule goals and minimized traffic impacts.
