Pierpont Apartments

The Pierpont Apartments included a 4 level, 90,000 SF, flat plate post-tensioned parking structure. The project was built in a dense urban environment next to an operating business district in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. Besides delivering the project on time, WBC found creative traffic control solutions that allowed business traffic to flow freely all while maintaining the critical space needed for construction equipment and staging.
