Adobe Parking Garage

Adobe Utah New Campus Phase 2 garage was a three level, 240,000 SF, long-span post-tensioned beam and slab parking structure designed for the Adobe Systems Utah Campus Phase 2 expansion in Lehi, UT. This project had to be constructed alongside the adjacent office building addition. Restricted site conditions required the garage to be built in phases divided about the seismic expansion joints. Architectural finishes including board form finishes were required by the owner. Despite very constricted site conditions, creative logistic plans were developed to keep suitable crane access and the formwork cycling efficiently. As required, WBC delivered this parking structure nearly one year ahead of the office building addition.
